They carry strictly zero monetary value, financial discount utility, cashback value, or merchant voucher capability.

Certain digital features may be offered for free, while others (such as personalized 3D storybooks) require a one-time digital license purchase. All digital deliverables are accessible instantly in your browser via secure links.

The Wall of Love is built on warmth, positive relationships, and genuine affection. You are strictly prohibited from posting, publishing, uploading, or transmitting any content that:

• Contains hate speech, harassment, cyberbullying, stalking, or threats of violence.
• Is defamatory, libelous, false, or intended to blackmail, shame, or intimidate another individual.
• Contains sexually explicit material, pornography, non-consensual imagery, or violence.
• Infringes upon copyrights, intellectual property, privacy rights, or likeness rights of any third party.
• Contains unauthorized commercial solicitations, cryptocurrency schemes, pyramid schemes, or spam.

You retain 100% ownership of the custom text, dedication messages, and personal photos you submit to the Service.

By publishing a public note on the Wall of Love, you grant Wall of Love a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to host, display, and format your public dedication on the public wall and associated preview cards.

For Private 3D Keepsake Storybooks, your content is displayed exclusively via your generated private link and is never published to the public gallery without your affirmative action.

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that your copyrighted image or writing has been uploaded to Wall of Love without authorization, please send a formal DMCA Notice to our designated copyright agent at support@walloflove.online containing:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
• The specific URL or note ID on Wall of Love where the material is located.
• Your contact information (name, address, email address).
• A statement of good-faith belief that the disputed use is unauthorized.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate.

Wall of Love incorporates artificial intelligence to assist creators in drafting poetic stories and creative prose. AI-generated text is provided solely for personal entertainment, inspiration, and creative expression. We do not warrant the factual accuracy or suitability of AI text. You maintain full responsibility to review and edit all chapters before sharing.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Wall of Love, its operators, affiliates, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WALL OF LOVE, ITS CREATORS, OR OPERATORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE SHALL NEVER EXCEED THE EXACT AMOUNT YOU ACTUALLY PAID TO US (E.G. $5.99 USD / ₹249 INR), OR ZERO DOLLARS ($0.00 USD) IF YOU UTILIZED FREE FEATURES.

Paid digital products are delivered and unboxed immediately via online access. Unless required by law, one-time digital keepsake purchases are non-refundable once unlocked and accessed. If you encounter a technical bug, contact support and we will rectify your storybook immediately.
