Questions?
How much does it cost?+
Making one and watching the preview is free. Sending a full surprise is ₹199, once. For a group birthday that one payment covers everyone, and friends add their wishes free. The four quick gifts are completely free.
Can I get a refund?+
Payments are non-refundable, so watch the preview before you pay. If something goes wrong on our side, like being charged twice or a link that won't open, we'll refund you.
How long does it last?+
Once it's paid for, forever. Surprises that are never paid for are deleted after 30 days.
Do they need an app or an account?+
No. They open a link in their phone's browser. You don't need an account to make one either.
Can friends and family add to it?+
Birthday, anniversary, best-friend and sibling gifts come with an invite link for the group. Their wishes, photos and votes appear inside the gift, and you can hide anything from your dashboard.
When can they open it?+
Right away, or at midnight on a date you pick. Until then the link shows a countdown.
Is it private?+
Each gift lives at its own hard-to-guess link and isn't listed on search engines. Only people you send the link to can open it.
Will it work on their phone?+
Yes, every look is made for phones first. Ask them to turn the sound on.
